Return Policy

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our shipping container homes, all sales are final. Each container home is built specifically according to the customer’s request and confirmed twice before the building process begins. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our container homes.

Order Confirmation
To ensure complete satisfaction, we provide detailed confirmation of your order specifications before starting the building process. This includes verifying all custom features and modifications requested by you. Once confirmed, the order is finalized and cannot be modified or canceled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your container home upon delivery. If you notice any defects or damages, contact us immediately at sales@expresscontainerhomes.com so we can assess the issue and find a resolution.

Rare Cases for Return
In rare and exceptional cases, we may accept a return. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at sales@expresscontainerhomes.com if you believe your situation warrants a return.
